What really matters, besides getting the real estate transaction done? What really matters is witnessing that ‘moment in time’ when I’m able to assist two parties in coming to a satisfactory agreement which works for both parties in a fair and ernest way! Some call it a purchase, some call it a sale, it is actually called a ‘meeting of the minds’…resulting in a contract to buy or sell.
This ‘meeting of the minds’ occurs when two parties come to an agreement through a willingness on their part and with skillful guidance of an experienced negotiator. Thankfully, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing this very moment many times in my career! It is why I love what I do! The journey from the first introduction to a new client through to the signing of an acceptable deal is a great pleasure and privilege indeed!
To my Many Many Happy Buyers and Sellers, you know who you are, Thank you! Please continue to check back here with me or at my office any time to have a visit! I love to hear from you. Wishing you a very Merry Christmas, good health and peace to you and yours. Have a care!
Following was one client’s account of her experience with me:
‘This was the first time I bought a home through a real estate agent. My overall experience was wonderful. My agent, Sharon White, was very helpful and moved things along quickly at my request. She is not only my agent, she has become a friend as well”. Rebecca
